About the job

As an Allround Creative, you're a skilled storyteller with a strong eye for social-first content for brands and creators. Your core focus will be producing short-form video content filmed with a camera, social videos with high-end editing quality and case videos.
With around 3-4 years of (agency/brand/social) experience, you know how to bring creative concepts to life from idea to execution. You’re comfortable behind the camera and confident in editing content tailored to the unique demands of each platform.

What you'll do

• Produce short-form and long-form video content, from concept and scripting to filming and editing.

• You have extensive experience in creating videos filmed with a camera, and can edit and grade videos that perfectly match our brands. 

• Collaborate with our Content Strategists to develop on-brand, platform-native content that resonates with communities.

• Stay on top of trends, formats, and features across platforms and apply them creatively to brand content and concepts that stick. 

• Capture high-quality footage using professional equipment and techniques.

• Support format development for creators, from ideation and scripting to the technical and post-production side.

• With your top-notch editing skills, you can help other Allround Creatives level up their own

• Bring innovation and new ideas to the table when it comes to all things social and content.

• Experience: 3-4 years of (agency) experience, you’re proficient in execution of creative concepts, operating a camera, and editing to enhance stories

• Can develop strong concepts based on a briefing, but also has the creative skills to take the concept and content to an even higher level

• Knowledge of animation or motion design is an advantage

• You have a strong portfolio with work for various social channels

• You have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite

• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
